On Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at approximately 12:20 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle, injury crash at the intersection of Centennial Way and Simplot Boulevard in Caldwell.

Kimberly Moore, 46, of Marsing, was westbound on Simplot Boulevard in a 2004 Chevrolet 2500 pickup. Kitana Bristow, 18, of Caldwell, was southbound on Centennial Way in a 1981 Honda Accord. The Accord pulled out into the intersection and was hit on the driver's side by the pickup.

Moore was not wearing her seatbelt. It is unknown if Bristow was wearing her seatbelt. Bristow was transported to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise by ground ambulance. Moore was not transported. The road was blocked for approximately two hours.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
