On June 4,2015, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a five vehicle crash on the connector near the westbound Milwaukee onramp.

John Goade, 73, of Meridian, was traveling westbound in a 1995 White/GMC semi and trailer. Goade failed to stop for slowing traffic and struck the rear of a 2010 Mercury Mariner, driven by Amy Jones, 50, of Meridian.
Jones' vehicle was pushed into a 2007 Nissan Versa, driven by Susan Graham, 27, of Boise.
Grahams' vehicle was pushed into a 2001 Ford Focus, driven by Kenneth Rist, 60, of Lafayette, Colorado.
Rists' vehicle was pushed into a 2012 Ford Econoline Van, driven by Gary Ferreira, 40, of Nampa.

Graham, her passenger Bryan Graham, 27, of Boise, and Jones, were transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Two lanes of travel were blocked for approximately 3 hours.

All Occupants involved were wearing their seatbelts.

Idaho State Police is investigating a crash westbound Interstate 184 at milepost 0.5, near Franklin Road. The three left lanes of travel are blocked at this time. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area. More information will be released as it becomes available.
