On Friday, June 12, 2015, at approximately 1:24 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a three-vehicle, injury crash at the intersection of 3600 N and 3000 E in Twin Falls County, south of Twin Falls City.

Varvara Ispiryan, 32, of Sacramento, California, was eastbound on 3600 N in a 2008 Honda Accord. Hannah Ihler, 25, of Kimberly, was southbound on 3000 E in a 2000 Ford Expedition. Allen Dunnagan, 58, of Jerome, was northbound on 3000 E in a 1996 Volvo semi pulling a single trailer.

The Accord failed to yield at a stop sign, entered the intersection and struck the Expedition on the passenger side. The Expedition went off the road, rolled, and came to rest off the right shoulder of 3000 E. After the collision, the Accord continued through the intersection, where it was struck by the Volvo semi on the passenger side. Both the Accord and the Volvo semi came to rest in the lane of travel on 3000 E.

It is unknown if any of the occupants were wearing their seatbelts. Ispiryan, Ihler, and Ihler's passenger, Doug Russell, 55, of Twin Falls, were transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center by ground ambulance. The intersection was blocked for approximately five hours. The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
