INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Tachell was traveling Eastbound I90 on his motorcycle approaching the construction zone near the area of Spokane Street. Traffic was backed up from the construction zone at milepost 6. Tachell lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into the median barrier. Any witnesses to the crash are asked to contact Sgt. Greear with the Idaho State Police at 208-209-8730.
