INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Busby was traveling Westbound on State Highway 58 near mile post 2 when he left the roadway and went up an embankment, struck a tree stump and rolled back onto the roadway. The driver was injured and transported to Kootenai Health. The investigation is ongoing.
