At this time, all lanes of travel are open following the crash on Interstate 84 at milepost 47. Johnathan Southern, age 24 of Nampa, had pulled to the median side of the road at the Cloverdale Rd. overpass because of some mechanical problems with his vehicle. Southern had exited his vehicle, which was partially blocking the left lane of travel and had no lights. Alexis Stolle, age 18 of Payette, was also westbound when she sideswiped Southern's vehicle.
