Mr. Adamson has succumbed to his injuries at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Notifications to the victim's next of kin have been made. The crash is being investigated by the Idaho State Police.

On Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, at approximately 10:11 A.M., the Idaho State Police investigated a vehicle versus train crash on 1450 N and US91, in Shelley, ID.

Jonathon Adamson was traveling west on 1450 N road in a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up. When Adamson attempted to cross the rail road crossing, he was struck by a train.

Adamson was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

The Idaho State Police were assisted by the Bingham County Sheriff's Department and the Shelly Police Department.
