On Sunday May 8, 2014, at approximately at 12:09 pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle rollover crash westbound I84 at milepost 134, east of the Bliss Rest area. Hazel Perry, 62, of Nampa, was traveling westbound in a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer when she left the roadway, went into the median, came back onto the road, went off the right shoulder, hit the embankment and rolled. The vehicle came to rest in the right lane on the driver's side. Perry succumbed to her injuries on location.

Perry was wearing a seatbelt. Family has been notified. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
