INCIDENT NARRATIVE: ***Updated information - Driver's name released*** Mundee was traveling northbound up Whitebird Grade when he struck the guardrail and went off the right shoulder. The cab of the truck became fully engulfed in flames. Mundee succumbed to his injuries. Next of kin has been notified.
