INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Aleksanderov was traveling eastbound on I90 at milepost 30 when he lost control of his semi, striking the right hand jersey barrier. The tractor and trailer rolled coming to rest in an upright position. The truck lost its load of metal piping that was scattered across both eastbound lanes of I90, blocking the road for approximately 2.5 hours. Aleksanderov was cited for inattentive driving, false log book, and no seatbelt.
