On May 6, 2014, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 84 at milepost 68, near the East Boise Port of Entry. Mavis Miller, age 80, of Hailey, was traveling west on Interstate 84 in a 2001 Subaru Legacy, when she lost control of her vehicle. Miller's vehicle drove off the left shoulder of the roadway and rolled.

Miller was transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus in Boise. Miller was wearing her seatbelt. The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
