On Sunday, April 13, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a battery complaint at the JR Simplot Lodge, at the Bogus Basin Resort in Boise
County, after employees reported a battery that had occurred. The subject, Luke Shaber, age 35, of Boise, was located by ISP and taken into custody for battery on a Bogus Basin employee, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shaber was booked into the Ada County Jail.
