The Oregon Department of Transportation has re-opened I-84 in Oregon, and informational signs in Idaho regarding the closure and interstate conditions are being de-activated. For further information regarding travel information and road conditions, travelers can call ODOT's Trip Check phone number at (503) 588-2941.

ITD has not closed off the interstate at the WB I-84 Oregon/Idaho border, and traffic is not backed up into Ontario, OR at this time. Traffic is still able to reach Ontario westbound offramps. The truckstops in Ontario are full at this time. Further information will be released as it becomes available.

I-84 in Oregon from mileposts 377 to 224 is currently closed due to a crash. The Oregon Department of Transportation has requested the Idaho Department of Transportation and the Idaho State Police's assistance with traffic control. ODOT advised that I-84 is overloaded with traffic, and they cannot have any more vehicles entering Oregon westbound on I-84. ITD has closed westbound I-84 at the border. ITD has also activated their DMS signs advising westbound traffic of the closure. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
