INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Brosh was traveling eastbound on Heath Lake Road at the railroad crossing just east of US95 when she failed to yield to a northbound train. Her vehicle was struck by the train and Brosh was partially ejected from the vehicle. Next of kin has been notified.
