INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Mr. Vangelder was contacted on a motorist assist SB US95 @308 near Lewiston. Vangelder began making incoherent statements, and refused to cooperate with standard field sobriety tests. Vangelder was placed under arrest for DUI, Invalid Drivers Licence, Felony Possession of 0.8 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription(x2).
