On June 17, 2013, at approximately 9:04 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 91 near the intersection of Reservation Road, north of Chubbuck. A 1994 Chevrolet Pickup, driven by Olivia Yokoyama, age 21 of Blackfoot, was headed northbound on U.S. 91, when her vehicle was struck by a 1996 GMC Jimmy, driven by Tyrone Diaz, age 42 of Chubbuck. Diaz fled the scene of the crash and was apprehended a short time later in Chubbuck.

No injuries were reported in the crash. The roadway was blocked for approximately two hours, while officers investigated the crash.

The Idaho State Police are currently investigating a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 91 at Reservation Road, north of Chubbuck. The highway is currently restricted to one lane. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area until the crash has been cleared.
