**UPDATE**

On December 10, 2012, at approximately 10:30 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle property damage crash north on US93 near milepost 53.5, in front of the Flying J gas station, Jerome County.

Taylor L. Simpson, 19, of Shelley, ID, was traveling north on US93, approaching Crossroads Parkway, in a 2012 Ford Focus. Thomas B. Padilla, 55, of Lochbuie, CO, was in a Kenworth semi pulling a trailer. Padilla was leaving the Flying J gas station and attempting a left turn onto US93. Padilla failed to yield, hitting Simpson. Seatbelts were worn by both drivers.

Both the north and south lanes were blocked for approximately 1 hour.

Idaho State Police is currently investigating a two-vehicle injury crash on US93 near milepost 53.5, in front of the Flying J gas station, Jerome County. Both lanes of traffic are blocked at this time. More information will be released when available.
