On Saturday, November 10, 2012, at approximately 9:50 PM, Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover crash on US95 at milepost 174, 14 miles north of New Meadows.

Robert Brasley, 59, from Meridian, was traveling northbound on US95 in a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country when he lost control of the van due to the icy roads. Brasley's vehicle went off the road, rolled once and hit a tree before coming to rest on its roof. Brasley and his passenger, Amy Brasley, 56, also of Meridian, were trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by Meadows Valley Fire and EMS. Mr. Brasley and his passenger were transported to St. Lukes McCall for their injuries.

The road was blocked for approximately two hours while the crash was cleared. Alcohol is not a factor in the crash and the roads were snow and ice covered. The Idaho State Police was assisted by Adams County Sheriff's Office and Idaho County Sheriff's Office.
