Rebecca Lock, 53, of Twin Falls, ID, was driving east in the right lane on Interstate 84 in a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. Alladin Umarov, 46, of Boise, ID, was driving east in the left lane on Interstate 84 in a 2004 Toyota Camry. Lock attempted to change lanes.
