Wilson was traveling southbound on Main Street in Kendrick making a left turn onto 7th Street. Stewart was walking northbound on Main Street crossing 7th Street. Wilson did not see Stewart crossing in the crosswalk and struck him. ******On 7/17/12 Mr Stewart died.*******
