Shortly after 4:00 pm on July 25, 2012, the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover crash. Patricia Linford, age 68, of San Pedro, California, was driving east on I84 at milepost 142, near Bliss, Idaho. For unknown reasons, Linford drifted off the left side of the road, overcorrected, and crossed both lanes of travel. Linford's vehicle rolled, coming to rest on its wheels on the right side of the road. Linford and her passenger, Lucille Hill, age 90, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, were both injured. Hill was transported by air ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. Linford was transported by ground ambulance to North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding, Idaho.

Linford and Hill were both wearing seatbelts. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the crash.

The crash investigation is continuing.
