On July 28, 2012, at approximately 9:14 a.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover on State Highway 39 outside of Aberdeen.

Lois A. Warner, 64 years old, of Aberdeen, was traveling north on State Highway 39 near milepost 13 in a 1996 Ford Thunderbird. For unknown reasons, Warner drifted into the southbound lanes. She corrected back toward the northbound lanes, then swerved, and drove off the south shoulder to avoid hitting a vehicle in the northbound lane that had swerved to avoid her. Warner's vehicle traveled for a short distance off the westbound shoulder before hitting an embankment, which caused it to become airborne. The vehicle then overturned and landed on its wheels.

Warner was transported by ambulance to Harms Memorial in American Falls with non-life-threatening injuries. She was wearing a seatbelt. This crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
