INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Tully was travelling southbound on US95 when he, attempting to maneuver through a corner, crossed the center line in to the northbound lane. He overcorrected to the right crossing southbound traffic and left the roadway. Tully overcorrected again coming back on the road crossing southbound traffic in to the northbound lane striking Kissler. The female passenger in Tully's vehicle was ejected out of the back window. The road was blocked for approximately 1 hour.
