INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hiestand was travelling east on I90 at mile marker 56 when he lost control of his vehicle and went into the center median. He then went into the oncoming westbound lanes and rolled his vehicle. The vehicle traveled through the guardrail and on the westbound shoulder where the vehicle came to rest. Alcohol is a factor
