On Saturday, October 29, 2011, at approximately 10:45am, the Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle semi rollover. The crash occurred west bound on Interstate 84 at the 100 mile marker, near Mountain Home. Bryan Bleak, 44 from West Valley, Utah, was driving a 2008 Freightliner loaded with 5,000 gallons of liquid nitrogen. For unknown reasons, Bleak ran off the right shoulder and overcorrected, causing the semi to roll. The semi came to rest on its side on the right shoulder. There was no leakage of the liquid nitrogen due to the crash. The right lane was blocked for approximately seven and a half hours. Both lanes were blocked for about 30 minutes to upright the semi and get it removed. Bleak was not injured, seatbelts were worn, and alcohol is not a factor in this crash.

The crash is being investigated by Senior Trooper R. Ivey.
