INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Galbraith was traveling EB when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle; the vehicle and the deer collided. The vehicle left the South side of the roadway and overturned coming to rest on the passenger side. Galbraith had to be extricated from the vehicle.
