INCIDENT INFORMATION: Laymon was westbound on I90 at the Rose Lake exit, milepost 34, rounding a right hand curve when he lost control of his semi on the slush and ice on the road. His semi struck the guardrail on the north shoulder and jack-knifed, sliding along the guardrail and puncturing one of the saddle fuel tanks. 130 gallons of fuel was spilled requiring a hazardous material response. One lane is still blocked for DEQ to clean up the area.
