INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Both vehicles were traveling eastbound when they collided for unknown reasons. Graham lost control of his vehicle, rolling on the right shoulder. He was pronounced deceased at Kootenai Medical Center. Calbick lost control of her vehicle where it came to rest in the median. Calbick was transported to Kootenai Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Weather and alcohol were not factors. The investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
