INCIDENT INFORMATION: Petersen was travelling westbound on I90 at milepost 55.9 when she became distracted and drove off the right shoulder. Petersen then overcorrected to the left and lost control of the vehicle. She proceeded through the median and rolled in to the center of the eastbound lanes. Both lanes were completely blocked for one hour.
