Anna Harris, 37, of Emmett, ID, was stopped in traffic westbound on State Highway 44 waiting to make a left turn onto Channel Road. Harris was driving a 1982 Ford pickup with a camper shell on the back. Two children were passengers in the front of the truck, and two children were riding in the bed of the truck under the camper shell.
