INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Vehicle was traveling westbound on US12 at milepost 120.1. Driver failed to negotiate a left hand curve and drove off the right hand side of the road. He struck an embankment, went airborne crossing Fish Creek Road. He crashed through the guard rail and flipped into Fish Creek landing upside down.
