On Thursday, March 11,2010, at approximately 5:30pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle crash southbound on US 93 at the 55 mile marker in Jerome. Brandon Worring, 17 of Jerome, was driving northbound on US 93 when he attempted to make a left turn onto 400 S. Worring turned in front of Rafael Godoy, 34, also of Jerome, who was driving southbound on US 93. Godoy struck Worring's vehicle causing it to leave the roadway and come to rest in the barrow pit.
